Rejected dishes come from deleted orders and deliveries or if guests change their mind and the dish has already been added to the order and cooking have begun.
To view rejected dishes, you need the right to reject dishes.
1. On the main screen, in the lower menu, select "Dishes".
2. In the top menu, click "Rejections". A list of dishes opens with the quantity and reason for rejection.
Rejections are visible only for open and closed bills.
