Communication with Technical Support

Jowi specialists are ready to provide remote support using TeamViewer – it will be installed together with the local Waiter module under the name JowiSupport. With it Jowi experts can remotely help install and configure the program.

To connect technical support specialists open the program by clicking on the icon on the desktop (or in the Windows menu).

Give the specialist ID and password.

Pay attention to the green indicator "Ready to connect (secure connection)" – only in this case a technical support specialist will be able to connect remotely to your desktop.

If the indicator is red, check your Internet connection.
