The stop list includes dishes that cannot be cooked. So the waiters will see that the dish cannot be prepared, and will inform the guests about this when ordering.
For example, if a potato has finished, the cook or administrator must add all dishes with potatoes to the stop list.
To add dishes to the list, you need the right to manage the stop list.
1. On the main screen, in the lower menu, select "Dishes".
You can also add dishes to the stop list on the cook’s screen.
2. Click "Stop list".
3. Select a department and dish from the list.
4. Indicate how many portions you can prepare, and click "OK".
Done – the dish has a mark with the number of remaining portions. The waiter will see it when adding dishes to the order.
